Lunch for two will also be provided after the tour. In addition, this package includes $250 worth of native plants from Dinsdale Nursery and two $50 gift certificates to his sister's Blooming Junction Garden & Homestead. Mushroom Hunt Adventure
Paul Whitney and Sue Manning, seasoned mushroomers and TRK volunteers extraordinaire, will lead you into the headwaters of the Tualatin River in the Tillamook Forest west of Yamhill. Hunters are likely to find an array of edible mushrooms such as chantrelle, cauliflower, lobster, oyster, angel wing, and shrimp russula. Be ready to go off trail in rain or shine. Hunters will also be treated to a special wine tasting hosted by Paul. Breakfast treats and a picnic lunch are provided as well. What a way to spend a fall day!
